Cheesemaker definition

Cheesemaker means an employee holding the appropriate certificates who has direct control of the manufacture of cheese in as much as it is his/her function to make such decisions from time to time during the process of manufacture as are necessary for the proper conversion of the raw materials used into the manufactured product.

  • The Wisconsin Cheese Products must be produced under the direction of a Certified Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker who has the authority and responsibility for the production of that Product.

  • LICENSEE’s Master Cheesemaker shall complete at least one (1) Certified Master Cheesemaker level short course offered by the UWCDR every three (3) years.

  • DFW may immediately terminate this License upon notice from LICENSEE that it no longer employs a Certified Master Cheesemaker in a cheese making position.

  • For the specialized job classification of maker (Cheddar) and Cheesemaker (Cottage) the non-mobility period will be thirty-six months.

  • The Certified Master Cheesemaker must verify: 1) that he/she is a Certified Master ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and 2) that he/she is employed in a cheese making position with LICENSEE.
