Merchant agrees to refer any Checkwriter who contacts Merchant for settlement of his obligation to Payliance and to promptly notify Payliance of any payments received directly from a Checkwriter.
Merchant agrees that no check will be accepted as payment unless it bears the home telephone number and street address (no PO Box) of the maker (the "Checkwriter").
