Examples of Charterer’s Group in a sentence

  • The Charterer shall be liable for any loss or damage to the Vessel or its equipment or fittings howsoever caused by the Charterer’s Group.

  • The Charterer or any member of the Charterer’s Group cannot make any claim (of any nature) against, and hereby discharge, the Agent and/or the Operator and their employees in connection with the use of the Images in accordance with this condition.

  • The Operator may pursue the Charterer or any of the Charterer’s Group for any additional payments required.

  • The Charterer acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and have conveyed the relevant terms and conditions to all of the Charterer’s Group prior to boarding.

  • The Charterer must provide all necessary details as when and requested by the CBAA Agent to the CBAA Agent about the Charter and the Charterer’s Group.

Charterer’s Group for their death or personal injury during the time when they are engaged in the activities contemplated under this Charter unless death or personal injury is caused, in whole or in part, by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Owner, its employees or its agents (“Owner’s Group”).
