Chartered bus service means service by means of a bus that is engaged solely to transport the individuals who engage it on one occasion or for one trip to a stated destination and, if required, to return to the point of origin; (« service d'autobus nolisé »)
Chartered bus service means the transportation of groups of people bigger than ten (10) persons who have to be transported on behalf of the Cape Winelands District Municipality from an address(es) within the area of jurisdiction of the Cape Winelands District Municipality to a destination within the Western Cape Province. On occasion, transportation outside the borders of the Western Cape Province may be required.
