Upon termination of the Charter for any reason, any assets owned by the School shall be distributed in accordance with Charter Schools Law.

Recipients operate (or will operate if not yet open) a charter school in compliance with all federal and state laws, including Indiana Charter Schools Law as described in all relevant sections of Indiana Code (“IC”) § 20-24.
For the assessment and accountability purposes of this Section, "students" includes those students enrolled in a public or State-operated elementary school, secondary school, or cooperative or joint agreement with a governing body or board of control, a charter school operating in compliance with the Charter Schools Law, a school operated by a regional office of education under Section 13A-3 of this Code, or a public school administered by a local public agency or the Department of Human Services.
Subject to the final certification of the State Board, the Charter School is hereby authorized, and granted an extension of its charter in accordance with the Charter Schools Law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to operate a charter school as described herein.
