Chariot definition

Chariot has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Chariot means Chariot Funding LLC, as successor by merger to Falcon Asset Securitization Company LLC, and its successors and assigns.
Chariot means Chariot Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
