Charge Factor definition

Charge Factor will mean the appropriate percentage of premium to be paid to IMS, for Insurance Administration Services rendered for a particular Authorized Line of Business, based upon the Charge Size and the Monthly Average Policy Premium for that particular Authorized Line of Business. * Indicates that material has been omitted and confidential treatment has been requested therefor. All such omitted material has been filed separately with the SEC pursuant to Rule 24b-2.

Related to Charge Factor

  • Load Factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Note Factor means, with respect to the Notes or any Class of Notes on any Payment Date, a six-digit decimal figure equal to the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the end of the preceding Collection Period divided by the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the Closing Date. The Note Factor will be 1.000000 as of the Closing Date; thereafter, the Note Factor will decline to reflect reductions in the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable.

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Exchange Factor means 1.0; provided, however, that if the General Partner: (a) declares or pays a dividend on its outstanding Common Stock in Common Stock or makes a distribution to all holders of its outstanding Common Stock in Common Stock; (b) subdivides its outstanding Common Stock; or (c) combines its outstanding Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of Common Stock, the Exchange Factor shall be adjusted by multiplying the Exchange Factor by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding on the record date for such dividend, contribution, subdivision or combination (assuming for such purpose that such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination has occurred as of such time), and the denominator of which shall be the actual number of shares of Common Stock (determined without the above assumption) issued and outstanding on the record date for such dividend, distribution, subdivision or combination.   • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Loss Factor means the scaling factor determined in accordance with clause 7 and applied by the reconciliation manager to volumes of electricity measured or estimated in respect of ICPs on the Network, in order to reflect the impact of the ICP on Losses within the Network;

  • Certificate Factor With respect to any Class of Regular Certificates as of any Distribution Date, a fraction, expressed as a decimal carried to six places, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance (or the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates) of such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to any distributions of principal and allocations of Realized Losses in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance (or the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates) of such Class of Certificates to be made on such Distribution Date), and the denominator of which is the initial aggregate Certificate Principal Balance (or the Notional Amount, in the case of the Class CE Certificates) of such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • Capacity factor means the ratio of the average load on a machine or equipment for the period of time considered to the capacity rating of the machine or equipment.

  • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.

  • Moody’s Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Moody's Guidelines for use in calculating the Discounted Value of the Fund's assets in connection with Moody's long-term preferred share ratings of the VRDP Shares at the request of the Fund.

  • Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;

  • S&P Volatility Factor means 277% or such other potential dividend rate increase factor as S&P advises the Corporation in writing is applicable.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Rating Agency Discount Factor means the Fitch Discount Factor (if Fitch is then rating Preferred Stock) or an Other Rating Agency Discount Factor, whichever is applicable.

  • Weighted Average Coupon means, with respect to Fixed Rate Obligations (excluding Defaulted Loans), as of any date, the number obtained by:

  • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The Net Investment Factor is an index applied to measure the investment performance of a Subaccount from one Valuation Period to the next. The Net Investment Factor for any Subaccount for any Valuation Period is determined by dividing (1) by (2) and subtracting (3) from the result, where:

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;
