Charge Differential definition

Charge Differential. A differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour will be paid for all hours worked as a designated charge nurse for any RN who is not in a posted Charge Nurse position.
Charge Differential. The Hospital recognizes the appropriateness of paying a premium of $1.00 per hour for nurses performing the responsibilities of Charge Nurse.
