Character Merchandising Rights definition

Character Merchandising Rights the right to use the fictitious characters associated with the Brand and agreed upon from time to time and developed by Peak during the Term of this Agreement and all trade marks and copyright therein in connection with the manufacture, distribution, sale, exploitation and advertising of merchandise in connection with the Brand. All TV and video distribution shall be excluded from the grant of rights contained herein.
Character Merchandising Rights mean: The right to use the fictitious characters associated with the Brand and all trade marks and copyright therein in connection with the manufacture and/or publishing, distribution, sale, exploitation and advertising of merchandise and/or services in connection with the Brand.

Related to Character Merchandising Rights

  • Marketing Rights means promotional and advertising rights to photographs, video or film images, or other likenesses or images of the Athlete, Athlete’s image, voice, name, personality, likeness and fame gained in fencing as a member of the NSO National Team to promote the NSO and its high performance program and athletes, and includes all Athlete images whether captured in competition, training or in plain clothes, non- competition environments used in any media whatsoever (print, video, digital, social, etc.).

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Similar Works here means Construction/Repair/Retrofit/ Development & Maintenance and Management of the housing complexes/social housing/ residential societies/hostels/hotels by Agency/Consortium themselves in last five years.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Groceries means food as defined in 7 U.S.C. 2012(k), but does not include cannabinoid

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.
