CHAP rate period definition

CHAP rate period means, beginning July 1, 1995, the 12 month period beginning on July 1 of the year and ending June 30 of the following year.

  • Illinois hospitals that, on the first day of July in the CHAP rate period, are recognized as a Level I trauma center by the Illinois Department of Public Health shall receive the Level I trauma center adjustment.

  • The Department shall make a TCA to Illinois hospitals recognized, as of the first day of July in the CHAP rate period, as a Level I or Level II trauma center by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) in accordance with the provisions of subsections (a)(1) through (a)(3) of this Section.

  • The hospital is located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) (42 CFR 5), as of the first day of July in the CHAP rate period, and has a Medicaid trauma admission percentage at or above the mean of the individual facility values determined in subsection (a)(3) of this Section; or the hospital is not located in an HPSA and has a Medicaid trauma admission percentage that is at least the mean plus one standard deviation of the individual facility values determined in subsection (a)(3) of this Section.

  • For the CHAP rate period occurring in State fiscal year 2008, total payments will equal the methodologies described in subsection (c)(2) of this Section.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):

If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Pricing Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the second (2nd) Business Day preceding the first day of such Pricing Rate Period.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.
