Channel Policies definition

Channel Policies means Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C and Schedule D, and any other Schedule with respect to a Channel that may become a part of this Agreement.
Channel Policies means all the Avaya policies and programs applicable to Distributor or Resellers and available on Avaya Partner Portal (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/salesportal or successor site), as amended by Avaya from time to time at Avaya’s discretion upon prior written notice to Distributor.
Channel Policies means all the Avaya policies and programs applicable to Channel Partners, including without limitation Avaya Connect, and available on the Avaya partner portal (https://www.avaya.com/salesportal or successor site), as amended by Avaya from time to time.

  • The authorization, accreditation and credential requirements are timely provided in writing to You before parties enter into this Agreement and subject to review and renewal and may be withdrawn or terminated at any time in accordance with this Agreement and the Channel Policies.

  • You shall only be permitted to provide the Hosting Solution Yourself if you comply with the following Authorisation Requirements: (i) maintain all accreditations and credentials as detailed in the applicable Cloud Offer Definition and Channel Policies; (ii) comply with best industry practices and standards applicable to the Hosted Solution and Cloud Services; and (iii) such additional requirements as may from time to time be directed by Avaya.

  • ScanSource reserves the right to modify the conditions of or revoke this authorization subject to the terms of the Channel Policies.

  • You shall at all times during the term of this Agreement: (i) comply with the industry best practices and standards applicable to the Hosted Solution as well as any ScanSource and / or Supplier and/or Authorization Requirements; and (ii) maintain all accreditations and credentials, applicable to the Cloud Services and other products included in the Hosted Solution, as detailed in the applicable Cloud Offer Definition and Channel Policies.

  • You shall at all times during the term of this Agreement: (i) comply with the industry best practices and standards applicable to the Cloud Services as well as any ScanSource and / or Authorisation Requirements; and (ii) maintain all accreditations and credentials, applicable to the Cloud Services, as detailed in the applicable Cloud Offer Definition and Channel Policies.

  • The authorization, accreditation and credential requirements are subject to review and renewal and may be withdrawn or terminated by Avaya at any time in accordance with this Amendment and the Channel Policies.

  • Ensure that all End Users have accepted in writing, the terms of the Avaya End User Licence Agreement in compliance with Your obligations under the Channel Policies and You shall retain copies of all such written acceptance and provide the same to ScanSource forthwith on receipt of a request form ScanSource of copies of the same.

  • Precision data will be evaluated and reported employing the frequencies, procedures and calculations in 40 CFR Part 58, Appendix A, "Quality Assurance Requirements for State and Local Air Monitoring Stations (SLAMS)".

  • Likewise, Cisco reserves the right (a) to disqualify and expire all associated points of any Participant (Individual and/or Company) that Cisco suspects of fraud or other unlawful conduct in claiming points or (b) to disqualify and expire all associated points of any Participant who Cisco believes has purchased products in violation of Cisco’s Distribution Channel Policies or Cisco’s Direct Channel Policies (whichever is relevant).

  • Distributor reserves the right to modify the conditions of or revoke this authorization subject to the terms of the Channel Policies by giving Reseller a 15 day written notice with the effective date on the last day of the applicable invoicing period.

Related to Channel Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e).

  • Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • R&W Policy means any buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policy purchased by a Buyer or an Affiliate thereof in connection with this Agreement on or before the Closing Date.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Xxxxxx Mae Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ Guide and the Xxxxxx Mae Servicers’ Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Shared Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of D&B or any of its Subsidiaries which relate to one or more of the D&B Business, the Cognizant Business or the ACNielsen Business.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Guidelines means the Instructions to Authors available on the Xxxxxxx Science website, as well as the Aims & Scope applicable to the relevant Xxxxxxx Science publication). Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.
