Chancery Court definition

Chancery Court means the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Chancery Court shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.6(a).

• If the Company and the Assessor or the Trustee are unable to resolve a dispute, then the Company may file suit in the Chancery Court of Hamilton County to ask that the provisions of this Agreement, including those covering appraisal, assessment and computation, be construed or applied to the relevant facts by the Chancery Court in order to resolve such dispute.
