CHAMPUS REGULATIONS definition

CHAMPUS REGULATIONS means collectively, all regulations of the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services including (a) all federal statutes (whether set forth in 10 USC 1071 or elsewhere) affecting CHAMPUS; and (b) all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations (including 32 CFR 199), manuals, orders, and administrative, reimbursement and other guidelines of all Governmental Authorities (including, without limitation, HHS, the Department of Defense, the Department of Transportation, the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), and the Office of CHAMPUS, or any Person or entity succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing) promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing (whether or not having the force of law), in each case as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
CHAMPUS REGULATIONS means, collectively, all federal statutes affecting the medical benefits program for specified categories of individuals qualified for CHAMPUS benefits by virtue of their relationship to the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service and Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration established by 5 U.S.C. Section 301 and 10 U.S.C. Sections 1079 and 1086, together with all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations, manuals, orders and administrative reimbursement and other guidelines of all Governmental Authorities promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing (whether or not having the force of law), as each may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
CHAMPUS REGULATIONS means collectively (a) all federal statutes (whether set forth in 10 U.S.C. § 1071 et seq. or elsewhere) affecting CHAMPUS and (b) all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations (including, but not limited to, 32 C.F.R. 199), manuals, orders and administrative, reimbursement and other guidelines of any governmental or regulatory authority promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of such federal statutes, in each case as such statutes, rules, regulations, manuals, orders and guidelines may be supplemented, amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
