CGSA means a cellular geographic service area of a Carrier which is defined by the FCC as either a metropolitan service area ("MSA") or a rural service area ("RSA").

  • For the avoidance of doubt, but subject to Section 9.6 hereunder, any warranty provided under this Agreement shall extend to improvements or modifications made under the CGSA if the underlying components (so improved or modified) were originally supplied as part of the Scope of Work under this Agreement.

  • With respect to services or materials, equipment, software or other items furnished by Vendor under this Agreement, to the extent and for the period a warranty is in effect for the same services or materials, equipment, software or other items under the CGSA, Owner may elect to make a warranty claim under this Agreement or the CGSA, but may not make a warranty claim under both such agreements for the same services or materials, equipment, software or other items.
