cGCP, cGMP, cGLP definition
cGCP, cGMP, cGLP means respectively current Good Clinical Practice, current Good Manufacturing Practice and current Good Laboratory Practice as defined in the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as may be amended from time to time, and/or equivalent laws and regulations in other countries of the Territory, as applicable.
