  • Customer acknowledges that CFMS and its suppliers owns all rights, title, and interest in and to all software, firmware, documentation, technical data, and proprietary information relating to the Product(s).

  • Customer shall pay to CFMS within 14 days of valid invoice the License fees, service fees and maintenance fees specified in this Agreement and in any applicable Schedule.

  • These and any other payments are exclusive of Valued Added Tax or similar tax, which shall be added by CFMS to invoices at the applicable rate.
