Examples of CFCI in a sentence

  • Different procurement strategies are possible: Contractor Furnished/Contractor Installed (CFCI) FF&E: The Contractor may procure and install the FF&E, known as Contractor Furnished / Contractor Installed (CFCI).

  • CFC means a “controlled foreign corporation” within the meaning of Section 957 of the Code.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a direct parent of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries and holds, directly or indirectly, no other assets other than Equity Interests of Foreign Subsidiaries and other de minimis assets related thereto.

  • CFC Holding Company means a Subsidiary, substantially all of the assets of which consist of Equity Interests or Indebtedness of (a) one or more CFCs or (b) one or more CFC Holding Companies.

  • CFC Holdco means any Domestic Subsidiary that has no material assets other than Equity Interests of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs.

  • Foreign Holding Company means any Subsidiary all or substantially all of the assets of which are comprised of Equity Interests in one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or CFC Debt.
