Certified Training Restaurant definition

Certified Training Restaurant means a Steak n Shake By Biglari Restaurant which meets Franchisor’s criteria for training Steak n Shake By Biglari multi-unit managers, general managers, restaurant managers and managers, which criteria may be modified from time to time in Franchisor’s Manual or other publications.
Certified Training Restaurant means a Country Kitchen Restaurant which meets Franchisor’s criteria for training Approved Operators, multi-unit managers, managers and restaurant managers, which criteria may be modified from time to time in Franchisor’s Manual or other publications.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, as of the date of this Agreement, Great Greek Franchising requires that Franchisee employ at least two individuals in the Business working a combined total of 12 shifts each week (a shift being defined as either one hour prior to opening to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to one hour prior to closing) that have completed the designated training program at a Certified Training Restaurant.

  • If you or your affiliates own 3 or more Restaurants, you must have one of your Restaurants approved by us as a Certified Training Restaurant.

  • J.S. Subs may require Franchisee to have its Business be a Certified Training Restaurant, to maintain such certification, and to train managers, shift leaders, and/or other employees of other franchisees at Franchisee’s Certified Training Restaurant.

  • Unless Developer (or its Affiliated Entities) already operate at least three Restaurants and one of the Restaurants has been certified as a Certified Training Restaurant, prior to the opening any Restaurant, Developer must comply with the Franchise Agreement requirements for sending personnel to Fridays Management Training Program.

  • This figure estimates your and your personnel’s costs and expenses for training if neither you nor your affiliates operate a Certified Training Restaurant and the entire initial training program is facilitated at a Coach Store (as defined below).

  • If you or your affiliates own three or more Restaurants, you must have one of your Restaurants approved by us as a Certified Training Restaurant as provided in the Operating Manuals.

  • For Management Team personnel hired after you open your Restaurant, we can charge for this Management Training, and you must also pay the travel and living expenses for the newly-hired Management Team personnel as well as their wages, to attend the Management Training in a Certified Training Restaurant.

Related to Certified Training Restaurant

  • Approved Training means training undertaken in a traineeship and shall involve formal instruction, both theoretical and practical, and supervised practice in accordance with a traineeship scheme approved by the relevant state training authority or NETTFORCE. The training will be accredited and lead to qualifications as set out in subclause 5(e).

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.
