Certified Payroll definition

Certified Payroll. (CPR) means a weekly payroll reporting the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman or apprentice, employed in connection with the public work. A Certified Payroll must be signed and affirmed by a person with the authority to so sign and affirm, under penalty of perjury that the records are originals or are full, true and correct copies of the originals and depict truly, fully and correctly the information contained thereon including the amounts disbursed by way of cash, check, or in whatever form or manner to each person by job classification and/or skill. If the Developer/Contractor decides to employ a Designee to monitor the Labor Standards of the project, all payrolls will need to be submitted in hard copies on the Form LA-1-131. If the Developer/Contractor opts to have BCA monitor the Labor Standards, all payrolls will be submitted via the OCPS system. Use of LCP Tracker or similar non-City payroll systems is not permitted.
Certified Payroll means a certified payroll pursuant to section 31-53(f) of the Connecticut General Statutes;
Certified Payroll means Contractor’s written report, certified by Contractor, setting forth the actual compensation paid to or on behalf of the Reimbursable Personnel of Contractor. The information contained in such Certified Payroll shall include wages, vehicle compensation, per diem, benefits, payroll taxes and insurance, and hours.

  • Toolbox Meeting Reports and Safety Audits, in form and substance approved by Contractor, together with Certified Payroll Reports, if required, shall be submitted on a weekly basis.

  • Contractor shall have the right, at its sole discretion and upon request, to require Subcontractor's lower tiers to provide Certified Payroll Reports.

  • Certified Payroll Records of the Contractor and Subcontractors, in the form, format and within the times established by the Labor Commissioner, shall be submitted to the Labor Commissioner if required.

  • Sworn statements and lien waivers certifying previous payments made to each Trade Contractor, and properly completed Certified Payroll Form WH-347 shall be required with each new requisition for payment.


More Definitions of Certified Payroll

Certified Payroll means a payroll report for the Eligible Business for the week of March 1, 2020 demonstrating number of employees and average hours worked per employee. Employee names may be represented by last name, unique identifier number (such as the last four (4) numbers of employee’s social security number) and the average number of hours worked by the employee per week. The Eligible Business may use an average of full time equivalent employees so long as it submits Certified Payrolls for the consecutive number of weeks (not to exceed 26 weeks) before March 1, 2020 over which the Eligible Business has chosen to average hours worked by employees. Certified Payrolls shall not include more than the last four (4) numbers of employees’ Social Security numbers, employees’ home addresses or other personally identifiable information.
