There are no other persons appointed by the Issuer in connection with this Prospectus, Offering and Admission of the Bonds to trading on the First North as of the date of this Prospectus.To the best knowledge of the Issuer neither the Lead Manager nor the legal adviser / Certified Adviser or the Trustee has any conflict of interest pertaining to the responsibilities assigned to them by the Issuer.
The rights and duties of the Certified Adviser are prescribed in the Certified Adviser’s Agreement.
