Certified adviser means a legal entity, which satisfies the requirements of these Rules and which concludes an agreement with Nasdaq Vilnius, under which it agrees to adhere to these Rules and to perform the functions of a Certified Adviser on the First North market, including (but not limited to) companies providing financial services, audit companies and companies providing legal services. The status of a Certified Adviser may also be granted to law firms.
