Certification Seal definition

Certification Seal means the neck label sticker (approved by and purchased from the Old Vine Project) or back label endorsement (approved by the Old Vine Project and printed by the Producer as part of its packaging) illustrated in the Use Guidelines that the Producer will affix to or incorporate in the packaging of its Certified Goods.

Certification Seal as used in this Agreement shall mean Licensor supplied adhesive stickers used for placement on certified cabinets. Licensor grants Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the certification mark attached to this Agreement as Appendix C (the “Mark”), solely to signify that a particular cabinet line is certified under the Certification Program. Licensee shall not use the Mark in connection with any general Licensee company materials or in connection with cabinets that are not certified under the Certification Program. The Certification Seals and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ not be used in any manner that, in the sole discretion of Licensor: (i) discredits Licensor or tarnishes its reputation and goodwill; (ii) is false or misleading; (iii) violates the rights of others; (iv) violates any law, regulation, or other public policy; (v) mischaracterizes the relationship between Licensor and Licensee; or (vi) violates this Agreement or any of the Policies. Licensee agrees that Licensor is the sole and exclusive owner of the Standard and Certification Program intellectual property (including, without limitation, the Certification Seals and Mark), and Licensee shall not take any actions which are inconsistent with Licensor’s ownership rights including, but not limited to, challenging Licensor’s rights.

Examples of Certification Seal in a sentence

  • WorldVistA will provide to Organization an electronic copy of the CCHIT Certified Product Certification Seal (“Seal”) and an electronic copy of the WorldVistA logo (“Logo”).
