Certificate of Weight definition

Certificate of Weight has the meaning given in Clause 1(a) of Schedule 2.
Certificate of Weight means a certificate of weight issued by an independent, qualified marine surveyor, certifying the weight of coal loaded on board a Vessel.
Certificate of Weight has the meaning given in clause 8.1. CFR has the meaning ascribed to it in Incoterms.
