Certificate of Non-Foreign Status definition

Certificate of Non-Foreign Status means a certificate dated as of the Closing Date, addressed to Purchaser and duly executed by Seller, in substantially the same form as Exhibit C, attached hereto.
Certificate of Non-Foreign Status means that certain Certificate of Non-Foreign Status, in the form of Exhibit “D,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Certificate of Non-Foreign Status means a certificate in the form of Exhibit F.
