Certificate of Incorporation of the Company definition

Certificate of Incorporation of the Company means the Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, dated as of April 20, 2017 (as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time).
Certificate of Incorporation of the Company means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended and in effect from time to time.

  • DGCL means the Delaware General Corporation Law.
