Certificate of Deposit Rate definition

Certificate of Deposit Rate means the rate of interest per annum determined by the Administrative Agent to be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) of the rates notified to the Administrative Agent as the rates of interest bid by two or more certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by the Administrative Agent for the purchase at face value of dollar certificates of deposit issued by major United States banks, for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period and in the approximate amount of the CD Rate Loans to be made, at the time selected by the Administrative Agent on the first day of such Interest Period.
Certificate of Deposit Rate means the rate of interest per annum determined by the Agent to be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) of the rates notified to the Agent as the rates of interest bid by two or more certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by the Agent for the purchase at face value of dollar certificates of deposit issued by major United States banks, for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period and in the approximate amount of the CD Rate Loans to be made, at the time selected by the Agent on the first day of such Interest Period.
Certificate of Deposit Rate means, for any CD Rate Interest Period, the rate of interest per annum determined by the Bank to be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) of the rates notified to the Bank as the rates of interest bid by two or more certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by the Bank for the purchase at face value of dollar certificates of deposit issued by major United States banks, for a maturity comparable to the CD Rate Interest Period and in the approximate amount of the CD Rate Advance to be made, at the time selected by the Bank on the first day of such CD Rate Interest Period.
