Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Except as set forth in Section 4.20 of the Disclosure Schedule, neither the Seller, nor any Affiliate of the Seller, has been involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company within the past 12 months, and neither the Seller, nor any Affiliate of the Seller, owns any asset, tangible or intangible, which is used in the Business.

Except for the Debt Restructuring Agreements, neither the Seller nor its Affiliates has been involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company within the past twelve (12) months, and neither the Seller nor its Affiliates own any asset, tangible or intangible, which is used in the Business of the Company.
Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Except as disclosed on Schedule 4.26, neither Seller, nor their Related Persons, nor the officers, directors, managers, members and employees of the Company has been involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company within the past twelve (12) months, and neither Seller, nor their Related Persons, nor the officers, directors, employees, members, managers, directors and officers of the Company owns any asset, tangible or intangible, which is used in the Business of the Company. Neither the Company nor its Related Persons, their respective officers, employees, members, managers, directors and officers of the Company nor any Seller nor any Related Person of any of them owns, or has owned, of record or as a beneficial owner, an equity interest or any other financial or profit interest in any Person that has (a) had business dealings or a material financial interest in any transaction with the Company other than business dealings or transactions disclosed in Schedule 4.26, each of which has been conducted in the Ordinary Course of Business with the Company at substantially prevailing market prices and on substantially prevailing market terms or (b) engaged in competition with the Company with respect to any line of the products or services of the Company in any market presently served by the Company. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.26, neither the Company nor its Related Persons, their respective officers, employees, members, managers, directors and officers of the Company, nor the Seller nor any Related Person of any of them is a party to any Contract with, or has any claim or right against, the Company.
Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Except as set forth in Section 4(w) of the Disclosure Schedule, none of the Shareholders and their Affiliates has been involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company within the past twelve (12) months, and none of the Shareholders and their Affiliates owns any property or right, tangible or intangible, which is used in the business of the Company.
Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Except as set forth in Section 3.16 of the Disclosure Schedule, the Seller and its Affiliates (as hereinafter defined) (a) have not been involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company or any Subsidiary within the past 12 months, (b) do not own any asset, tangible or intangible, which is used in the business of the Company or a Subsidiary, other than assets involved in general and administrative activities, and (c) do not owe any amount to, or is owed any amount by, the Company or any Subsidiary.
Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Neither the Sellers nor any director or officer of the Company, nor any member of their immediate families, nor any Affiliate of any of the foregoing, owns, directly or indirectly, or has an ownership interest in (a) any business (corporate or otherwise) which is a party to, or in any property which is the subject of, any business arrangement or relationship of any kind with Company, or (b) any business (corporate or otherwise) which conducts the same business as, or a business similar to, that conducted by the Company.
Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Except as disclosed on SECTION 4A(s) of the Seller's Disclosure Schedule, neither the Seller nor any of Seller's Affiliates has been involved in any business arrangement or relationship with the Company within the past 12 months, and neither the Seller nor any of Seller's Affiliates owns any asset, tangible or intangible, with a replacement cost of $1,000 individually or $3,000 in the aggregate, which is used in the business of the Company.
Certain Business Relationships with the Company. Except as disclosed in the notes to the Financial Statements or §3(t) of the Disclosure Schedule, none of the Sellers or any of their respective Affiliates or any officer or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have been involved in any material business arrangement or relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries within the past 24 months, other than in his, her or its capacity as a director, officer, employee or securityholder of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
