MPC means Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

Elan means Elan Corp and its Affiliates.
NPC means the VA-affiliated non-profit research, or research and education, corporation created and operated under the laws of the state identified on the cover page. The NPC’s role and obligations are set forth in this CRADA pursuant to its statutory authority under 38 U.S.C. §§ 7361-68 and VHA Handbook 1200.17.
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
ANI means automatic number identification.
NPS means nominal pipe size.
ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract. DPI means the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

MSC means Xxxxxx Shopping Centre Pty. Limited, its successors and permitted assigns;
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.
Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
BTCo means Bankers Trust Company, in its individual capacity, and any successor corporation thereto by merger, consolidation or otherwise.
PSI means pounds per square inch.
ESMP or “Environmental and Social Management Plan” means with respect to each activity under the Project pursuant to which the ESMF requires it, a plan to be prepared by the Recipient pursuant to Section I.D.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the ESMF and approved by the Association, setting out measures to mitigate any adverse environmental and social impacts arising from such activities; and “ESMPs” means more than one ESMP.
