Centralized Entity definition

Centralized Entity means any Holdings Controlled Affiliate established to, or which does, provide centralized services in the United States to one or more other Holdings Controlled Affiliates.

Related to Centralized Entity

  • small and medium-sized enterprise or 'SME' means a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise within the meaning of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC43;

  • small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
