Central Overheads definition
Central Overheads means all costs associated with the operation of ----------------- the Group and which are not directly attributable to the Properties or Substituted Properties and shall include:-
Central Overheads the central overheads of the Target Group for the 2014 Financial Year, including those line items set out in the table entitled ‘Central Overheads’ in paragraph 1 of part 2 of this schedule 4 (and excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any debits or credits for depreciation, central cash LTIP), to be calculated in accordance with part 1 of the schedule to the Supplementary Exhibit (Deferred Consideration); Cost of Sales (excluding Recoveries): the cost of sales less recoveries of the Target Group for the 2014 Financial Year, including those line items set out in the table entitled ‘Cost of Sales (excluding Recoveries)’ in paragraph 1 of part 2 of this schedule 4, to be calculated in accordance with part 1 of the schedule to the Supplementary Exhibit (Deferred Consideration);
