CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE definition

CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE means Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia as well as other countries in the region subject to OPIC's approval (as to which approval there can be no assurance).
CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE means Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Baltic Republics, as well as such other countries in Central and Eastern Europe as the Managing Member deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, for investment by the Company, PROVIDED that during the Loan Period, the Managing Member has obtained OPIC's consent to investment by the Company in such other countries.
CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE. ’ means Albania, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, the European part of Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Ukraine.
