Cenovus DSU means a deferred share unit credited by Cenovus to the account of a DSU Exchange Participant in accordance with Subsection 3.01(1)(c);
RemainCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
OPC has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
COP means the conference of the parties to the Convention;
DSU means the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes contained in Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement;
Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
IAC means IAC/InterActiveCorp, a Delaware corporation.
SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.
ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp.
Subrecipient Parent DUNS Number means the subrecipient parent organization’s 9-digit Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number that appears in the subrecipient’s System for Award Management (SAM) profile, if applicable.
LMC means Liberty Media Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
CRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or the Corporation.
SAIC means the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC and/or its regional and local counterparts.
CPSU means Central Public Sector Undertaking
Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;
DPS means the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas, a state agency in the executive branch created under Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 411.
UGC means University Grants Commission.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.;
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
FAC means the Florida Administrative Code.
Native Hawaiian means any individual who is a descendant of the aboriginal people who, prior to 1778, occupied and exercised sovereignty in the area that now constitutes the State of Hawaii.
