CEMS Certification definition

CEMS Certification means the certification of the CEMS required by 40 C.F.R. § 60.13, 40C.F.R. Part 60 Appendix B (Performance Specification 2) and 40 C.F.R. Part 60 Appendix F (Quality Assurance Procedures).
