Cemex Capital Contributions definition

Cemex Capital Contributions means contributions in cash to the capital of the Company made after 1 January 2006 by Cemex Parent or by any Subsidiary of Cemex Parent (other than BidCo or any Subsidiary of BidCo) not being a Subsidiary of the Company.
Cemex Capital Contributions means (i) contributions in cash or Contributions in Kind to the capital of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company or (ii) amounts made available to the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company in a form which satisfies the Spanish law requirements of préstamos participativos or which fall within the definition of Subordinated Debt. Any such contributions in cash or Contributions in Kind or amounts made available as préstamos participativos or Subordinated Debt are to be made by CEMEX Parent or any of its Subsidiaries which are not at the time of such contribution or the making available of such amounts a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company.
Cemex Capital Contributions means contributions in cash to the capital of Cemex España by Cemex or by any of its Subsidiaries not being a Subsidiary of Cemex España made after January 1, 2002.

Cemex Capital Contributions means contributions in cash to the capital of the Company by CEMEX S.A. de C.V. or by any of its Subsidiaries not being a Subsidiary of the Company made after 1 January 2004.

Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • In-kind contributions means services and goods as approved by the department that are provided by a grant recipient toward completion of a department-approved local snowmobile program under section 82107.

  • Financial Contribution means a contribution from an implementing partner in the form of own risk-taking capacity that is provided on a pari passu basis with the EU guarantee or in another form that allows an efficient implementation of the InvestEU Programme while ensuring appropriate alignment of interest;

  • Capital Commitment means, for any Borrower, the capital commitment of its Investors in the amount set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreements; “Capital Commitments” means all such Capital Commitments, collectively.
