CEMA Loan definition

CEMA Loan means a Loan originated in connection with a refinancing subject to a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement and with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property is located in the State of New York.
CEMA Loan means a consolidation, extension and modification Mortgage Loan secured by Mortgaged Property located in the state of New York structured and documented to qualify for certain New York mortgage tax benefits.
