Celogen Supply Agreement definition

Celogen Supply Agreement means a supply agreement between the Purchaser and Chemtura with respect to the supply to Chemtura by the Purchaser of Celogen® OT, Celogen® AZ and Celogen® AZ blends, in a form to be agreed to between Chemtura and the Purchaser in accordance with Section 6.24.

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • Distributor Agreement means, if applicable, the separate agreement between Customer and Distributor regarding the Services. The Distributor Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of these Terms.
