Cell Certificate definition

Cell Certificate means a certificate issued in accordance with clause 17 (Cell Certificates) or paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (Payment Mechanism);
Cell Certificate means a certificate issued by the Contract Manager to the effect that a Prison Cell satisfies the Cell Requirement. Cell Requirement means that a Prison Cell is in all respects suitable for occupation and use by a Prisoner. Claim means any claim, demand, action, proceeding or suit seeking the payment of money. Commencement Date means the date on which construction of the Prison reaches the stage of practical completion under the Construction Contract, anticipated to be on or about the Anticipated Commencement Date. Confidential Information means all knowledge, information, documents, reports, notes, memoranda, material or know-how (whether reduced to writing or otherwise recorded or stored), including intellectual property (including copyright, patents, trademarks, designs, drawings, manuals, specifications) or intellectual property rights of any kind relating to:
Cell Certificate means a certificate issued in accordance with clause 17 (Cell Certificates) or paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (Payment Mechanism); "Cell Certificate Requirements" means the requirements with which a Prison Cell must comply, as set out in PSO 1900; "Cell Certificate Schedule" means a cell certificate schedule in the form specified by the Authority in PSO 1900 Annex D as at the Services Commencement Date;

Examples of Cell Certificate in a sentence

  • If, following such inspection, it is determined that the Cell does comply with the relevant parts of Schedules A, B and C in all respects the Contractor shall issue a Cell Certificate in respect of that Cell.

  • If, following such inspection, it is determined that the Cell does not comply with the relevant parts of Schedules A, B and C in all respects, the Contractor shall carry out such works and inspections as are necessary to ensure that the Cell does so comply so as to allow a Cell Certificate to be issued in respect of such Cell.

  • Subject to Clause 20.3, the Contractor shall ensure that a Cell is not occupied by a Prisoner following the withdrawal of a Cell Certificate in accordance with Clause 20.3 until the Cell Certificate has been reinstated in accordance with Clause 20.2.

  • The Contractor shall take all measures necessary to rectify the Cell in respect of which the Cell Certificate has been withdrawn so that it complies in all respects with such parts of Schedules A, B and C.

  • The Contractor shall withdraw the Cell Certificate in respect of such Cell if such failure is not rectified within 5 hours of being recorded by the Contractor.

  • The Contractor shall notify the Authority that a Cell Certificate has been issued in respect of a Cell through submission of the Daily Report in accordance with Clause 21.3. 20.3 The Contractor shall be required to monitor the condition of all Cells throughout the Contract Period.

  • Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Retail Certificates A Senior Certificate, if any, offered in smaller minimum denominations than other Senior Certificates, and designated as such in the Series Supplement.
