CECONY Weekly Employee definition

CECONY Weekly Employee means an Eligible Employee employed by and on the weekly payroll of CECONY who is a member of Local 1-2, or a member of Local 3. In all cases other than those cases explicitly set forth otherwise, references to a “CECONY Weekly Employee” include a CECONY Weekly Employee-1 and a CECONY Local 3 Employee-1.
CECONY Weekly Employee means an Employee employed by and on the payroll of CECONY who is (a) a member of the collective bargaining unit represented by Local 1-2 of the Utility Workers’ Union of America, AFL-CIO or (b) a member of the collective bargaining unit represented by Local 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO.

Examples of CECONY Weekly Employee in a sentence

  • An Eligible Employee, other than an O&R Hourly Employee, who is hired on or after December 31, 2000, becomes either a CEI Participant, or in the case of a CECONY Weekly Employee, a CECONY Weekly Participant, as of the date he or she first completes an Hour of Service.

  • Total Compensation means for a CECONY Weekly Employee, who is a Local 1-2 Employee, Compensation including overtime pay and premium pay.

  • A CECONY Weekly Employee may become a Participant after completing 3 months of service.

  • Hourly employee means an employee who is compensated on an hourly basis for each hour of work performed, including time worked beyond 40 hours in a workweek.

  • Salaried Employee means an employee who is not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act who regularly receives each pay period a predetermined amount constituting all or part of compensation. This base salary cannot be reduced because of variations in the quality or quantity of work performed.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Casual Employee means an employee who has no set hours or days of work and who is normally asked to work as and when required.

  • Male employee means an employed male who is caring for a child borne of his spouse or a child placed with the employee for adoption purposes.

Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • U.S. Employee means a person who is an employee of the Company (or of any Subsidiary) for purposes of section 422 of the Code.
