CDVV Insurance Policies definition

CDVV Insurance Policies means the public liability insurance and insurance against loss or damage to the CDVV Assets and the CDVV Business; (p) "CDVV Intangible Assets" means all of the intangible assets of CDVV and its subsidiary, including, without limitation, CDVV Goodwill, all trademarks, logos, copyrights, designs, and other intellectual and industrial property of CDVV and its subsidiary; (q) "CDVV Inventory" means all inventory and supplies of the CDVV Business as of May1st, 2010;
