  • To facilitate the financing of the CDA Facilities and to provide for the payment of the debt service on the CDA Bonds and the administrative expenses of the CDA, the Developer shall irrevocably assign all of its right, title and interest in the Performance Grant Payments to the CDA.

Related to CDA Facilities
