To the extent that CCR Completed Title Documents for any CCR Titled Vehicles are not delivered to the CCBCC Parties at or prior to the Closing, the CCR Parties shall use reasonable best efforts to ensure that such CCR Titled Vehicles are properly titled and registered for legal operation on federal, state and local roadways until such times as CCR Completed Title Documents for such CCR Titled Vehicles are delivered to the CCBCC Parties.
