CCOR means the Banks’ Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk department; “CMP” means the contractual monthly payment owing under a mortgage contract; “CPT” means the Banks’ Customer Priority Team;

  • Buyer shall provide such copy within five (5) business days after receiving a request from C-COR.

  • CCOR MLS PROVIDES THE CCOR MLS SERVICE AND ALL COMPONENTS OF IT ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

  • CCOR MLS may amend its schedule of fines and terms for collecting them at its sole discretion at any time.

  • C-COR and Buyer shall negotiate in good faith to resolve such dispute within thirty (30) days after delivery of the Draw Notice.
