CCF Account definition

CCF Account means the Capital Construction Fund Account established pursuant to 46 App. U.S.C. § 1177.
CCF Account as defined in the Custodian Agreement.
CCF Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Custodian Agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Security Agreement or in that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of May 11, 2020 (the “Credit Agreement”), between Party B, as borrower, and Party A, as lender.

Examples of CCF Account in a sentence

  • Except for the CCF Account (and each Sub-Account or other sub-account thereof) and the Preferred Equity Account, open or maintain any deposit account or securities account.

  • The Custodian shall treat all property from time to time credited to a Collateral Account as financial assets under Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time in the State of New York (the “UCC”), other than cash, if any, remaining uninvested, which cash be credited to an associated deposit account, which shall be considered part of the CCF Account.

  • FRPC (the “CCF Account”); the CCF Account and any additional account established from time to time hereunder (including the Sub- Accounts as defined below) (together the “Accounts”).

  • The Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for any loss resulting from the investment performance of an investment or reinvestment of funds on deposit in the CCF Account and Sub-Accounts thereof and shall not be responsible for giving any investment advice.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, the Borrower shall pay and reimburse to the Custodian all Fees, Costs and Expenses and indemnities to the extent incurred or arising, or relating to events occurring, before the termination of this Agreement when cash is available in the CCF Account to pay such Fees or Costs and Expenses (in both cases, as provided in the Fee Letter) or indemnities.

  • Custodian has established the CCF Account (including each Sub-Account as defined in the Custodian Agreement and any other sub-account thereof) (a “Collateral Account”) pursuant to the Custodian Agreement.
