CBX definition

CBX shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
CBX means CBx Enterprises LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. “CDFA” means the California Department of Food and Agriculture. “CDPH” means the California Department of Public Health.
CBX means computerized branch exchange.

  • References to “Not Typically Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by CBX One-Stop are not elements that BellSouth combines for its use in its network.

  • Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by CBX Communications will be the responsibility of CBX Communications.

  • References to “Ordinarily Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by CBX One-Stop are not already combined by BellSouth in the location requested by CBX One-Stop but are elements that are typically combined in BellSouth’s network.

  • Where a dedicated line is required, CBX Communications will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth.

  • Additionally, the provision of a particular Network Element or Other Service may require CBX One-Stop to purchase other Network Elements or services.
