CBTS will not be responsible for any actions taken or not taken as a result of Customer’s failure to respond.
Service credits will be issued by CBTS, based on the following table.

CBTS shall have no ownership rights in any content or data Customer transmits or stores using the Services, however Customer acknowledges that CBTS may remove content or data from the Services if required pursuant to applicable law.
CBTS will review any CCRs with Customer to discuss the impact the change will have on the services, deliverables, SLAs, terms and conditions, and pricing.
