CBT Shareholders definition

CBT Shareholders means those shareholders of CBT who were shareholders of CBT immediately prior to the CBT Transaction.

  • Principal Shareholders means, collectively, Wxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Jxxx Xxxxxx and Dxxxx Xxxxxx.
