Nothing set forth in this Section 2.20(b) shall be construed to require CBNA to calculate compliance under this Section 2.20(b) other than at the times set forth in Section 2.20(a).
Upon proper notice and the receipt by CBNA of a Borrowing Subsidiary Agreement executed by such a Wholly Owned Subsidiary and the Company, such Wholly Owned Subsidiary shall be a Borrowing Subsidiary and a party to this Agreement.
