Definition of CBI Merger


CBI Merger means the merger of CBI with and into the Borrower, as more particularly described in Section 5.10 herein.

Examples of CBI Merger in a sentence

The CBI Merger and the Alliance Merger will be the subject of separate but related regulatory applications.
The Conversion proceeds are intended to be used as a portion of the consideration for the CBI Merger and the Alliance Merger and will also provide an immediate capital infusion into the Bank.
The Conversion, however, is not conditioned upon the consummation of either the CBI Merger, the Alliance Merger, or both.
