  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that any telephone conversation with CBH Grain may be recorded and kept as evidence of the Supplier’s instructions unless the Supplier objects at the beginning of the telephone conversation.

  • CBH Grain is not responsible to the Supplier for any loss suffered because of delay in payment of any of the Drawdowns.

  • The Supplier acknowledges that if the Supplier defaults under the Contract CBH Grain may refuse to enter into further contracts with the Supplier.

  • Any amounts owing by CBH Grain or any of its Related Bodies Corporate to the Supplier whether under the Contract or otherwise, may at the election of CBH Grain, be set off against any amounts owing by the Supplier to CBH Grain or any of its Related Bodies Corporate, whether under the Contract or otherwise.

  • Any such fee will be an amount calculated in CBH Grain's discretion to compensate for the costs to CBH Grain of the Early Repayment.

  • CBH Grain has the right to assign its rights under, or the benefit of, the Contract.

Related to CBH Grain

  • Stray radiation means the sum of leakage and scattered radiation.

  • County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Oxides of nitrogen means the sum of the volume mixing ratio (ppbv) of nitrogen monoxide (nitric oxide) and nitrogen dioxide expressed in units of mass concentration of nitrogen dioxide (µg/m3);

  • Professional geologist means a person who is a graduate of an institution of higher education which is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency, with a minimum of thirty semester (forty-five quarter) hours of undergraduate or graduate work in a field of geology and whose post-baccalaureate training has been in the field of geology with a specific record of an additional five years of geological experience to include no more than two years of graduate work. 23-41-208, C.R.S. and 34-1-201, C.R.S.

  • Sewage sludge means a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code. "Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Forestry means land used or managed for the long-term production of wood, wood fiber, or wood-derived products.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Biodiesel blend means a fuel comprised of a blend of biodiesel fuel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, suitable for use as a fuel in a compression-ignition internal combustion diesel engine.

  • Cargill means Cargill, Incorporated and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, individually or in any combination;
