CBA Administrator definition

CBA Administrator means the Authority’s representative and/or designee acting on behalf of the Authority to administer this Agreement to ensure compliance by all parties to this Agreement; develop and implement the associated processes and programs to facilitate this Agreement.

  • Step 2: In the event that the representatives are unable to resolve the dispute at the Step 1 meeting, the grieving party shall, within five (5) business days after the Step 1 meeting, reduce the dispute to writing and notify the responding party and the CBA Administrator of a request to discuss the grievance.

  • The Business Manager of the Union (or his/her designee) shall meet with the respective jobsite representative of the C/S/E and the CBA Administrator within ten (10) business days (or such longer time as all of the parties may mutually agree) after receipt of the request to discuss the grievance.
