CB Trustee definition

CB Trustee means Citicorp International Limited, as trustee and security trustee under the CB Trust Deed;
CB Trustee means a trustee or co-trustees, as the case may be, reasonably satisfactory to the Creditors’ Committee, governing the C&B Liquidating Trust.
